Am I Eligible? To be eligible, you must:

1. Be Muslim
2. Live in KENYA
3. Demonstrate that your circumstances mean that you cannot, or will soon not be able to, finance your basic needs (food, clothing and accommodation)
4. Declare all income and expenses, assets and debts
